Hall Rental Payment
Do not make a deposit or payment until your contract is confirmed.

Paypal displays your payment as a Donation due to our Non-Profit Status.
Fees:
Friday evening: $650 for four hours + $500 security deposit
Saturday before 6pm: $750 for four hours + $500 security deposit
Saturday 6pm or after: $775 for four hours + $500 security deposit
Sunday: $750 for four hours + $500 security deposit
Additional Time: $100 per each additional hour
In addition to the four hours for the rental you have two hours prior for setup and either 1 hour after for cleanup.
Commercial Kitchen use includes ice machine, commercial refrigerator, oven, and stove
8 foot rectangle tables and chairs are included in the rental fee. Round tables can be rented at $5 per table. (The renter will have to take down the 8 foot rectangle tables and put up the round tables and then at the end take down the round tables and put back up the rectangle tables.) The hall is always set up for bingo.
Projector & Audio Fee: $125.00 for use of projector and audio
Confirmation Deposit: $100 or greater
Security Deposit: $500 or greater
The $100 or greater confirmation deposit is required to reserve your rental.

The $500 security deposit is required for all rentals.

The confirmation and security deposits are non-refundable if canceled or rescheduled less than 60 days prior to the event.
Final payment is due at least 30 days prior to event.
