General Rental Information

HALL RENTAL AGREEMENT

After verifying date availability on the calender:

Complete the red fields. The Hall Manager will complete page 2.

Capacity: 175 Seated | 381 Standing 
Hall Measurements: Approximately 37' X 70' (2590 sq. ft.)
Standard Rental: 4 hrs
Setup Time: 2 hrs prior (Additional time may be available)
Breakdown: 1 hr post 

Fees:
Friday evening: $650 for four hours + $500 refundable security deposit
Saturday before 6pm: $750 for four hours + $500 refundable security deposit
Saturday 6pm or after: $775 for four hours + $500 refundable security deposit
Sunday: $750 for four hours + $500 refundable security deposit
Additional Time: $100 per each additional hour
Commercial Kitchen: Kitchen use includes ice machine, commercial refrigerator, oven, and stove
Projector & Audio Fee: $125 for use of projector and audio
Confirmation Deposit: $100 or greater
The $100 or greater confirmation deposit is required to reserve your rental.
The confirmation deposit is non-refundable if canceled or rescheduled less than 60 days prior to the event.
Final payment is due at least 30 days prior to event.

Security Deposit: $500
The $500 security deposit is required for all rentals.
The security deposit is non-refundable if canceled or rescheduled less than 60 days prior to the event.
Final payment is due at least 30 days prior to event.

Do not make a deposit or payment until you received your electronic contract.

Tables & Chairs 

8 foot rectangle tables and chairs are included in the rental fee. Round tables can be rented at $5 per table. (The renter will have to take down the 8 foot rectangle tables and put up the round tables and then at the end take down the round tables and put back up the rectangle tables.) The hall is always set up for bingo. 

Audio Video Equipment available for use.
Projector (140" on Front Wall), 4 - 32" Televisions, Surround Sound and Microphone system available for an additional fee. 
HDMI, VGA with Audio and AV Inputs are available. 
Local HD Cable (Comcast) is available and can be broadcast through all equipment above (Projector, TVs, Surround Sound). 
YOU MUST BRING A HDMI CABLE.

LIVE BANDS AND SMOKE MACHINES ARE NOT ALLOWED. 

To serve alcoholic beverages on site a one-day license must be obtained.
